I have seen it happen countless times in the 6-7 fights of his I have seen. If he stands square on after losing concentration against Froch then he will get put on his ass.

I am not saying he cant win,but in order to do that he is going to have to focus and stay disciplined, and not get drawn into a brawl. Dirrell seems like quite an emotional character, and he is fighting away from home in a packed house in the biggest fight of his life against by a mile the most dangerous opponent he has faced. Sooner or later he will lose it IMO.

It's definitely possible. I just think Dirrell is the kind of fighter that fights up to or down to the level of his competition, and that's why I think it's a more difficult fight than some are predicting (i.e. a second round ko). Even Froch said himself Dirrell will be in it and causing problem for the first half of the fight.

I think his biggest problem (like I've said before) is that he has a bad tendency of backing up in straight lines into corners. He can't afford to do it here.

I'm not arguing that he'll win, hell he may get put to sleep early, but it's a bit more interesting than some are making it out to be. I'm neutral and wanna see a good fight.

Co.sign. Thats exactly what I am talking about, and Froch is about the last person you want to do that with. My prediction is froch by KO/TKO between 5 and 9. I have a gut feeling that this fight might actually be an absolute war while it lasts.

        Cant wait!

i do think froch is a b class fighter

i rewatched taylor froch and taylor was beating him quite convincingly but froch was getting in a few hurtful blows but he was losing the rounds especially the early ones in my opinion!!!

i think dirrell gives away experience but makes up for it in talent, hand speed, under rated power and hunger... i also think he is has the right style in being a switch hitter to bamboozle froch... like a few people have already said it all depends if dirrell can keep it together in the last few rounds especially since froch finishes strongly!!

dirrell for sure has the win in him froch is vastly over rated but he is a dangerous fighter because he is so conditioned and has tremidous heart and a very good chin!!! but i can really see dirrell hitting him at will i just hope he does not blow is load so to speak too early LOL

Now that we don't agree on Mellie.

I really see Dirrell absolutely stinking the place out ala the Stevens fight. He'll jab and move and potshot all night. How long he can do it is another matter.

I've gone back and forth on this fight a lot and couldn't decide who'd win. A month ago it was Froch, a week ago it was Dirrell. I don't care to make predictions anymore and just wanna see it go down.

                Fast hands won't help him.
