Undisputed 154 would take Crawford 2-3 years as he isnt active Spence seems like a long time ago. 154 champions are unknown to casuals. He can easily take a chance at undisputed 168 in 1 fight. Canelo already is on the decline and he knows it which is why he avoids Benavidez

Canelo is not going to fight Benavidez. Benavidez has moved up and we saw what bivol did to canelo it will be the same with Benavidez. If madrimail beats Crawford then canelo fight not happening.

Bud first need to fight someone, preferably at 154, TC is very good but maybe not good enough to jump straight to 168 and expect to have a picnic day against the cinnabon, you'd have to be a fool to think Crawford will have the same speed and pop 3 divisions north. Benavidez is the guy we want for the ginger not TC....

His excellency might pull out a blank check tho..

Undisputed at 154 is a great accomplishment. But it doesn’t make him the best to ever live. Who he beats matters more than what belts he grabs.

no doubt it would be an amazing accomplishment ! But it’s about the opponents, and right now you have some unknown 10 fight guy, Fundora, and god knows who has the other belt. Followed by Ricky Burns, that scrub who just lost to Vergil, Viktor Postol, Jeff Horn, and Errol Spence.

I can’t stress enough that I ROCK w Crawford. But undisputed at 154 is not the end all be all.

Most people consider SRR as the goat, and he challenged and lost to light heavy weight Joey Maxim, so if Crawford did upset Canelo, he's at least in the conversation. Personally I would not have him even in the top 20.

Crawford GOAT ??? Chris you have been hit in the head to often. He is and never will be close to being GOAT, he does not make top 100 fighters. Who has he beat besides Spence ? Better than Ali, Duran, Hagler, Monzon , Leonard, Louis , Liston, ??

Oscar De la Hoya has far better wins on his resume.

Crawford is the same height as Canelo, has a longer reach and most importantly, he has a ring IQ that is equal if not superior to Canelo’s. If Turki makes Canelo a big -money Saudi offer to fight Crawford and Canelo takes less money to fight Berlanga, Turki’s not going to take that snub quietly. He’s going to make sure the whole world knows Canelo rejected the Crawford money and challenge - and pretty much expose and embarrass Canelo. Let’s see tough guy Canelo spout insults and threats toward Turki like he did toward the last guy (Oscar) who called him out and made him look bad.

you ignoramus, hating low IQ fool! Crawford would look like a bum against Canelo and Canelo has absolutely no fear about some guy who has gotten almost dropped by weaker opposition and who merely wants a big retirement payday, Canelo beats him up and kos him! Your **** hate is affecting what little good judgement you might have!
