  • Inoue need to go to 126 if he want to be a global star

He is a great fighter, sure, but his resume is sh.it if you study the level or his rivals.

    Only 3 good fighters:

2 good champs,.not great champs, like Fulton AND Nery.

Nery was K.Od before todo, AND Fulton went life AND death against Figueroa, that Is not a elite fighter.

AND a very very old Donaire, yes, he was champ AND K.Oing B class fighters but he was old AND out of.prime.

Donaire speed was out of prime, he was like 37 years old , K.Od before Inoue fight AND with a lot of wars in his bag.

Canelo fought 21 pounds up of His first division like champ.

Inoue Is fighting only 14 pounds of His first division AND he Is not a small 122

126 Is one of the Best division in boxing history AND loaded of great fighters

Would love to see him move up to Lightweight. There are so many great names for him to fight there. But I can understand if it's too much for him. Also didn't Canelo turn pro at Super Lightweight? So he moved up a lot higher.

126 had great fighters in the past. But that's meaningless because it has zero now. Fighting at 126 won't suddenly make him a global star just because Hamed and Barrera were big names there 20 years ago.

If he moves up and unifies 126 you'll be back making the exact same thread 'he needs to go to 130, all the guys at 126 ******, I love Canelo yay'

Canelo lost to a 37 year old GGG. And also lost to Bivol. Not sure what your point is.
And he just beat a guy who wasn’t even top 3.

Who exactly is at 126 that would make him a global star?

Besides, hes making millions selling out the Tokyo Dome. Fighters go to him for a payday.

What boxers are global stars anyway? Canelo isn't for a start. He's big in Mexico and among Mexican-Americans...the average person in Europe, Asia etc. Don't give a damn about Canelo. That's why the Saudis dont care about giving Canelo big money to fight there, because hes only known among one demographic. He's not the face of boxing, its just a slogan He's only about as known as Inoue in terms of worldwide appeal.

He is not a big Super Bantamweight either and those 4lbs to Featherweight are big deal. He is at his natural division right now. If he goes up, he will be at a real disadvantage as the Featherweight division is full of naturally bigger fighters. He could and should eventually move up, but it won't be as trivial as you make it seem.
