its not his fault but the guy is fighting in weight classes where the fighters suck, that seems to offend people on here but its the truth... hence why donaire who was about 7 years past his prime and could barely lay a glove on frampton was able to drain some weight and become a champion

I asked for an American as it's supposedly the mecca, but to answer your question, he had many big name dance partners, Inoue is alone at the top.

Apparently that’s where Inoue/MJ will be.

Inoue could probably fill another stadium against Sam Goodman. In Japan or even Australia.

Maybe, but in most other places, that's tiny!

Once he had the right partners and fought here a handful of times.

last night showed that even if you put Inoue as co main on a good main event, the place will be empty until halfway through that fight. If you give him a Vegas main event, nobody will go because nobody knows who he is/thinks he’s overrated Asian.

So what do you do? Have a handful of pay cut fights in hopes that you’ll eventually build your profile?

not to mention hardly anyone sells out boxing in America today without them giving away tickets

Agree for the most part. It's just the drawback of a flight that way being almost a whole day and they're half a day ahead of the US so the lag is real. But Inoue is the cash cow of that side of the world and anybody that wants it with him and the big bag that comes with him knows they gotta go that way. True fans of the sport know he is a top 3 P4P guy regardless of his profile on this side of the world.
