Canelo is past it man. Life and death with Haimey?

Yeah it's official, canelo prime is well in the rear view mirror.

From breaking skulls with single shots to hesitating to trade with Haimey mungia

Canelo won btw, but he's just a name brand fighter running on fumes now, he was knackered from round 6 but hid it well.

He looked old and easy to hit. 5 years ago he ends it after the KD.

    Berlanga is next

Unless Nelo moves up to HW and KO1 Usyk/Fury winner, he will never be great

Canelo looked like Fury vs Ngannou.... He didn't just give a ****. Man looked like Floyd vs Berto, there for just the payday. Nothing more. It will need a fight of a life time to bring this guy back from the dead.

He fought a good fight against a big guy that fought the fight of his life, Canelo while he stays this sharp and rides punches the way he does can still beat anyone at 168, I think lots of people don't realise Canelos skill set is so high or see his excellent ring IQ, there is still a few more elite fights in Canelo yet while he is in this form.

The other part is people try to downplay the loser, its fights like this where the young guns lifts to their best boxing, trains their hardest, Munguia tonight gives anyone at 168 a hard fight.

Jaime was the same reckless fighter that he has been. Canelo is no longer the same.

He's already great but once again you seem more than willing to give him all the credit in the world for winning a fight he was already expected to dominate and for which no one asked for. He could fight a cat in a back alley and you'd say there's nothing he could ever do to please fans. He'd have to beat up Superman to finally gain their acknowledgement. Like no, he just has to fight the same guy we've been asking him to fight for like 3 years now instead of all of these randos no one cares about.

Beating up an inexperienced Mungia might be extraordinary feat to you but for most others it was a completely pointless and unnecessary fight, as most of the fights in the second half of Canelo's career have been. And didn't he cite not wanting to fight another Mexican as the reason for not fighting Benavidez? Notice how quickly that reasoning went out the window for Mungia. Although I'm sure you will explain that away and instead praise Canelo for it as always. You say there's nothing he can do to please fans. But in reality, there's nothing he could do that you'd ever be willing to criticize. Keep it real.
