Zhang by a KO. Wilder has no legs. the game plan is clear: catch Wilder in the first rounds, before Wilder catches him.

If Wilder comes in at 212-215 or something crazy like that, he’s going to be in big trouble. Regardless of Zhang’s age, he still has a dangerous left hand and him being 300lbs in the ring vs a 215lb Wilder, will be nuts. I also think that while Zhang is old, so is Wilder, and Zhang has a really good chin and Wilder’s has been cracked already. This could end in disaster for Wilder.

Ridiculous justification for a guy ruining his health and ruining his career. Really ******. I have an open mind but this is ridiculous!

For the amount of extra power one might get was a little extra weight, the amount of mobility sacrificed is far greater. Why does the Chinese fighter believe this will increase his power? Even that is a strange contention.

Wilder at his best comes prancing across the ring does not get into a physical situation.

        Really silly thinking here.

Wilder is a puncher because of his speed of delivery, the way he uses his kinetic chain, his weight has little to do with it. Weight is one of many variables. Wilder is a much better fighter when he is mobile. The fact that he can crack at a range that is in the range for most punchers throughout history is telling.

Coming to the ring at around 300 The only thing the Chinaman will be able to catch is a Big Mac left in the middle of the ring with no legs to speak of. Even a Peking duck could probably move faster.

Yeah but that’s why I said Zhang has a good chin. Zhang can crack, has a good chin, and will be bigger. I think he’s going to take Wilder’s best shots, and idk if Wilder will take Zhang’s best. That’s my point, that even though Wilder can punch, I don’t think he’s getting Zhang out of there. And Wilder has shown if he can’t get you out of there he’s got nothing else.

I just don't know if the extra weight will help his chin. I'm very interested to see if Wilder catches him what happens lol. It's just kind of an unknown isn't it? I have a hard time even taking an opinion on this possibility.

Wilder has at times not been effective but when he has hit somebody properly, pretty much they always have least fell down. I guess the question is will Jang be the exception that way?

I don’t think power is really the goal here I think it’s to lean on Wilder and use the Fury blue print which just may work ? I’m rooting for Wilder fir once just because I don5 believe they will actually let him fight anyone else but Joshua should he win , my guess is if he wins all this Jared Anderson talk gets quickly forgotten and they go right into the Joshua fight provided Fury defeats Usyk ,a lot has to happen but I’ve seen crazier things .

I just question whether it's worth the extra weight considering all the mobility lost.

Yeah crazier things have happened lol. But yeah a few things have to come to fruition. I'm excited to see if Jang can take the shot, how he takes the shot. Provided Wilder can deliver it.

I think Wilder could hurt him , Zhangs only been hit by one big puncher cleanly and he got knocked down by Hrgovic even if it wasn’t counted , Joyce is a thudding slow puncher ,Wilders got speed but physically at his weight he’s at a disadvantage if Zhang decides to hold excessive. I think it’s another Breazeale fight whoever lands clean first I think most likely wins ? I really don’t think it’s going past mid rounds either way I think Wilders weight is actually more important here ppl will say he can move better lighter but that won’t be the issue it’ll be more about being physically strong enough that he won’t get ragged dolled in there , 225/230 pounds is a big difference from hovering at 215 for a 6”7 guy , Wilder imop needs to train for a 6 rounder and just go fir it because I think he’s in trouble if it gets out into the later rounds ,he doesn’t have the punch output to tire Zhang out .
