Gamboa will whoop the **** out of Mtagwa. Gamboa is bigger, stronger, faster and has a better defense. The risk is only for Mtagwa! Because its going to be Mtagwa's 3rd time he has been ktfo.

Lopez is taller than Gamboa , and Mtagwa was bigger than Lopez , so how do you come up with gamboa being bigger than Mtagwa, I mean he has a bulky frame for his height , but he is not bigger than mtagwa , Lopez yes , But not mtagwa , even so , who cares that doesnt tell u anything. With Mtagwa being bigger lopez outlanded him by a lot and couldnt knock him out , so whats ur point exactly.and gamboa has been knocked down with one punch , Lopez didnt go down after the eleventh and 12 , common, is that better defense. Everybody gets caught. If anything it will take gamboa constant explosiveness to beat Mtagwa , i dont think one punch will do , he has to overwhelm him with explosive combinations that land flush , to hurt him, or to make it look like hes hurt and not able to fight back , thats how Gamboa has won some of his fights. Either way i would love for gamboa to take those shots and not look like that. See if he can do the same Lopez did.

He is naturally the bigger guy by weight, height has nothing to do with weight.

It would be a good fight but I don't know if it would be good business-wise.

But well deserved. I Hope this fight happens.
Gamboa should fight a better fighter like Chris John for WBA Featherweight title, I think this what GAmboa toiled for. And Gamboa wont go down to 122lbs just to fight for JMLopez because he never fought with that weight, so it is motlikely that JMLopez will pursue Gamboa at 126lbs to make the match-up possible, for what? in exchange of his Featherweight title and mix-up with the top guys in SFW, have sense if he is ready to move up in weight. But I think he should settle first with Caballero of their word wars before considering northward will be more explosive and to satisfy fans clamor.

As to Mtagwa, he have a great performances with JMLopez but he should starts taking advantage of climbing the ladder while he is hot and shadowing his status being a journeyman. He should be more focus of winning next time by KOing couple of fighters impressively, before considering him for a title shot again.

If it did he would already be fighting at 126

Well, put all the bests to Gamboa and I personally believes too that he would whip Matagwa's ass, but for what? He gain almost nothing of beating Mtagwa, but for Mtagwa's case, he would lose almost nothing if he loses again. But if he would win, just like he almost did against JMLopez, this is a big thing to Matagwa to shine at the expense of Gamboa's 0 loss record! and to Gamboa he would probably wont recover for this lose for a certain period of time. Worse scenario if he lose to journeyman, Gamboa's young career starts to decline!

Would be a good way to compare Gamboa and Lopez. I'd like to see it, Mtagwa deserves a big fight.

What kind of ****** statement is that? Because Mtagwa gave hard time to Juama and later on Gamboa can put a better show, which does not mean that Gamboa will beat Juanma. That is very ******, style many times make boxer look worse than others.
