    4. Elio Rojas (20-1)

With titleholder Oscar Larios sidelined because of a cut in his last fight on Oct. 16, mandatory challenger Rojas was supposed to face 2004 Olympic gold medalist Yuriorkis Gamboa (12-0) for the vacant belt. However, Gamboa's handlers are understandably having second thoughts and looking in another direction.
    Next: TBA.

With this logic then Juan Ma, although he says he wants Caballero, since Arum does not want that fight then that means that Juan Ma is ducking Caballero?

Well, Everybody is saying that Juanma can push for the fight this and that, so you cant have a double standard.

Either both are just doing what their promoter wants or both are ducking or ducked a opponent!!!

I'm a big fan of gamboa, I want to see this fight , he said he is ready to fight Lopez already , lets see how he does against Mtagwa , will Mtagwa be able to land as many clean shots as he did against Lopez, will he land dirty shots after the bell, will he come in with his head , Will Gamboa's power put him away , will he take gamboa's punches as well as he did from Lopez, those are all interesting points to me and make this fight a must see if you follow both Lopez and Gamboa , and it will answer some questions .They are putting 2 raising "stars" thru the same challenge , who will have the better outcome, Lopez came away with a hard victory. But well deserved. I Hope this fight happens.

Gamboa has the advantage of not blocking punches with his face too. Both Lopez and Mtagwa's defense were horrible in that fight but both showed pretty good beards except for lopez in the later rounds when he had to put his on the the ropes to hold himself up.

I think you're right on this. Gamboa might not accept this considering Mtagwa's performances against Lopes. This must be a high risks low rewards for an "16 wins, 0 loss" Gamboa. Unless, money is enticing which I doubted it would.
