It’s not “supposed” to be that way. There’s no supposed about it. You can come in at the weight limit. You’re not “supposed” to come in 2-3 pounds under the weight limit. It’s fighter’s prerogative to come in either at or below the limit.

You get the point of my initial post now? 168 is the limit, fighters are expected to come at the limit. Most fighters do take the entire limit. Canelo was probably trying to send a message to DLH that he’s more responsible than his biggest star Ryan Garcia. Fighters aren’t “supposed” to come in almost 2lbs below the limit.

I only know two languages, English and Spanish. I can’t say it any other way.

He was in better shape than before, he had a great camp and knew he needed more gas in the tank for the fighter he was facing.
