Two limited guys, one is younger, one punches harder. Meh.

Wilder getting by Zhang is questionable to say the least, if Wilder loses to Zhang I would imagine he'd retire not be a punching bag for up and comers when he wouldn't even take on respectable opponents for 95% of his career..

And it's a big ask for Anderson, Martin had him looking lost at sea and he isn't the biggest puncher so god knows what Wilder would do with the "kid" if he landed anything of substance.

His defence is leaky as hell and he's not as good as people have hyped him to be, nor is he as committed as you'd like him to be when so many people think he's "the future"...

Wilder has no time for this foolishness. At this point Anderson is so far down the road for Wilder like skid row.

I wouldn’t bet the family farm on Wilder beating Zhang. He certainly can’t afford to look past the man in front of him like he did Parker.

Hey pal please enlighten me on when I complain about best not fighting best. My personal gripe has been against networks not fighters. I have pretty much enjoyed boxing since the 80s with no real complaints. That's YOU guys complaining about these so called 10k phantom fights that we never got and how this Turki guy is going to save us from boxing purgatory l. The only fights that marinated to long is May vs Pac (gross near 700milly) and Bud vs Spence (gross 90 milly). The only ones I'm mad that we didn't get AJ vs Wilder and Jermell vs Jarrett Hurd. And that's because I understand the business of boxing and because the sport isn't under one umbrella then there's always going to be fighting between promoters and networks of who controls the lion share of the proceeds. In contrast, Wilder vs Anderson is a fight that no one asked for and also doesn't make sense as an undercard fight because it won't generate any income. Now if you do want that fight then it needs to headline an ESPN PPV show promoted by Top Rank to generate the max amount of income and exposure possible to market Jared as the heir apparent to the next American HW star. But you fools want this to be the third fight from the top under the Bud and Tszyu fights on Dazn, an App that only .00000000000000000001% of America knows exist. CLOWN SHYTE BRO! CLOWN SHYTE!!

I agree with you on that. Zhang is heavy and has some speed and pop on his punches. His stamina seems to be an issue though. I still think that he knocks out Wilder.

Too small of a turnaround for Wilder. Why not make Anderson vs. Parker?

If Wilder get's the W against Zhang - 50/50 fight or maybe even 40/60 favoring Zhang - why wouldn't Turki want to pit Wilder against Joshua in London, especially if Wilder KO's Zhang? A potential Joshua fight against Hrgovic - even for a belt - wouldn't be anywhere close to as big of an event as Joshua vs Wilder. And if Wilder beats Zhang why would he want to fight an up and comer like Anderson on an undercard? Makes no sense.

Make that fight happen, if Wilder gets past Zhang, then Anderson vs Wilder would be as hell.
It would be Anderson's biggest fight to date, as well as the best opponent he has met so far in his career.
