      That's not the point. The point is, it will be difficult to prove if one party doesn't fulfil his part of the part of the agreement. It can become he says, she says.

      For example, it works if I made you an offer, then you accept that offer by performing an obligation and receive consideration, providing you are legally competent to understand the agreement.

      What I am saying it is not worth it in today's world where people just seem more dishonest and greedy.
