Cotto is a great body puncher but from time to time he does punch people in the balls on purpose! I don't know how anybody can make a excuse for that, it aint the same as excessive clinching.
A shot to the balls takes the wind out of you and makes you weak in the knees. Roach has been around the sport for years and can tell that Cotto does it on purpose, just because the Cotto stans wont admit it dont mean it aint true.
Intentional shots to the balls are only allowed in street fights, in boxing its considered cheating. Cotto is the bigger and stronger fighter he shouldn't have to resort to punching Pac in the balls to win the fight.

team Cotto takes other important things for granted . They still puzzled how margacheato wrapped his hand that possibly cause his only loss. Thats what you get for having a weak/unintelligent team.
