Maybe Ortiz. In his prime he knocked down nearly everyone so he's accurate but you can't discount the left hand of Ryan. It'd be a gunfight for sure.

Not sure, Victor was better rounded, physically bigger and had impressive punching along with handspeed.

But whenever things got tough he give up outside the first Andre Berto fight and after having a degree of success, wasn't a full time fighter as he became an actor or dancing in a show called "Dancing with the stars".

Ortiz always getting hated but Ive always liked watching him fight. He may have had weak moments but he properly redeemed himself in the first Berto fight. On that night, he was willing to walk through fire for victory.

Yea him scoring KDs against everybody in his prime was no easy task. He had alot of upsides like speed and explosiveness. I believe he was a converted southpaw which explains his dangerous right hook.

Garcia is no walk over though. Im not sure who wins but there would be multiple KDs in a explosive fight!

Do you think Garcia has what it takes to discourage Ortiz? We’ve seen Garcia quit too but somehow, I feel like he has more dog in him than Ortiz does.

But yea, Ortiz had natural size advantage and his fast hands coming from odd angles would be dangerous.

I think Ortiz would make Garcia uncomfortable, even land a knockdown or two, give him a swollen eye, but would eventually get caught with something that make him think twice from keeping going. Unless he had the mentality he had against Berto, he likely recover and would likely overwhelm Ryan eventually.

An example of how strong Ryan's shots are at the 143 catchweights, against Duarte's he had knocked a molar out despite wearing a mouth guard according to WBC boxing ambassador Chico Lopez.

You saw what happened to Haney, he looked like he was stunned by a bee hive after Ryan landed 3 (or 5) knock downs.

In Ryan's case when he opted out, it was because his physical conditions via stipulations were heavily on his opponent's favor. Victor for the most part, had more even 50/50 conditions against the likes of Maidana, Collazo and the Berto rematch, but didn't have the courage to keep fighting when he got stunned. Despite that he actually could had won those fights.

Victor is the overall better and bigger fighter despite being the same height, just don't know if he is willing to go through a fight if the odds are about even.

The thing with Ortiz is we know he wanted out multiple times when it got tough.

we can say Ryan quit vs Tank but there's also a fair point that he was clearly drained and still had a rehydration clause slapped on him. The body shot in that situation may have took it out of him. We've seen him dropped with hear shots and get back up and recover well. So i think the jury is still out on if he's a quitter in general.
