Normally someone with his discipline he be able to cut down to 135, but the guy has a big frame and is going to be middle-aged soon.
140 is definitely in his future, especially when you take into consideration MR's 140lb stable. Hopefully the goal is to get a title at 135, but I'm not sure how he gets there because there's several contenders ahead of him. I'd like to see Cruz vs. De Los Santos.

That's how it should be for these talented prodigy level guys. Inoue signed with his promoter with the promise that he'd never have easy fights. That's in his contract lol

But then casuals say **** like "He's only got six fights!!"

The article says Cruz beat Shakur Stevenson…‍♂️. That was Robeisy Ramirez. Cruz did beat Keyshawn Davis though.

All the lightweights seem to be busy outside of Zepeda, Muratalla and Hughes.

If I was Hearn, I seek out to fight Maxi Hughes and then fight Zepeda for a title considering Muratalla is not a big draw and fights under Top Rank.

It doesn't seem like a common occurrence for Hearn to use his own fighters as stepping stones, but I think he should feed Maxi to Cruz. I don't see GBP being willing to make Cruz/Zepeda. GBP will look to work with TR.
