TSzyu is a weapon for actually taking on such fights, don't see him beating Ortiz, Bud or eventually Boots, but he's improved a lot the last few years
There's no chance that Ortiz will beat the hell out of Tszyu, what you smoking?

The fight won't be until August, it's April now. He'll be ready.

              You're overestimating Ortiz's ability.

It’s not what I hope for. Based on how Crawford is playing it so far, even if Boots was to capture a title at 154, Bud has no interest in Boots.
Absolutely head over heels wrong. You're hoping Boots gets Crawford. No haps at 147. Nothing stopping Crawford from undisputed 154...Boots moves up and stops it or he has to STFU.

According to their records, what the judges said, and the result of the fight, yes the L really is an L. I’m not being subjective, I’m talking about the reality of the situation. The very reason I said he has big balls IS because of that L. If he loses a second fight in a row, that can stunt a career at the top often times. Or at least slow the process. There’s a lot of risk involved for Tim. But I’ll agree…. Ortiz has big balls for taking this one as well!

Boots is 31-0 at 147. It would be silly to move up in weight just to chase a guy who clearly doesn’t want that smoke. Also silly to move up before wining a title and/or unifying the whole division. Something Boots will do.

Bud will prolly retire towards the end of 2025 fighting no-names at 154.
