Floyd is jealous of everyone that’s good. He’s like a child who needs to be the center of attention. Fact is he’s not relevant anymore. He’s just not a likable person.
Mix that with Devon’s loudmouth dad, and there you have it.

Um Bill Haney talked a ton of sh-t about Haney besting Floyd in sparring. Floyd worked with Ryan and that helped him beat Haney.

I think it was just part of trying to sell the fight. Not really any real big fued.

Didn't Bill take away credit from Mayweather Sr when he was working with Haney? I could see Floyd gloating.

The shoulder roll was half-baked. It almost cost him the victory. It just confused the hell out of his trainer. Didn't work.

Floyd surely worked with him on more than just that.

I thought it had something to do with the sparring footage between Davis and Haney getting leaked by Ryan; one guy at my gym is convinced Floyd gave Ryan the footage.

                  This is true

I remember in lots of interviews at one point he mentioning how Ward really lost to Kovalev despite the decision. Whilst I actually agree, you could see Floyd was driving the point home so that Ward wasn't seen as a great undefeated fighter.

Floyd is very insecure. Its quite pathetic really. He will be remembered as a great, made all the money you could wish to make from boxing, got out healthy and he's still got this weird insecurity at nearly 50 years old where he would rather see young fighters fail than get compared to him. I understand competitive spirit but this goes beyond that where its just a bit sad.

I thought it was mentioned in their facetime conversation,
Bill been asking Floyd to make the Tank/Devin fight since time immemorial.
Floyd's face suddenly went like he's got nothing to say about it.

I'd say that footage had to have come from Floyd or someone very close with his permission.

That footage is years old. If it was any old hanger on in the gym that had the footage, then you can bet it would've been leaked a long time ago. So that footage had to belong to someone in the very inner circle.

The fact Ryan mentioned the footage in some face to face meeting and then it surfaced not long after that probably tells you it wasn't some random leak, more likely that it was handed to him with by someone with the "authority" to do so.
