    Haney has no defense

He dosen't move his head, he can't counter, and he can't slip punches. If you actually watch all his top fights like against george and loma and now ryan the way he avoids punches is by illegally holding and clinching you after he throws a punch. The 2nd way he avoids punches is by kneeling his head below your crotch to clinch. This is how haney uses defense to avoid shots. It didn't work against a fast power puncher who's not 5 5. All of this is illegal of course and if this was the early 90's or 80's he would have been dqed, but boxing is a joke nowadays and the rules are not enforced.

Haney was definitely surprised everytime Ryan threw a flurry, his anticipation was poor and Ryan did a good job disguising the flurries by doing little in between them. Just burst into life and Devin had no answer.

Weird fight, but a fun one to watch.

ryan was used to dealing with the huggie style, every time he has a mental breakdown on social he is bombarded with virtual hugs day in day out, its a piece of cake for him now

Didn’t help that his pops kept giving him the same advice to duck under the punch to avoid the left hook.

Even the dumbest boxer would realize he’s only doing one thing and lower the hook to catch him.

Haney needs a new voice in the corner.

I lost $200 betting on Haney to win by a 12-round UD. My mate bet on Garcia and got paid double because he was the underdog.

Me, and most fans (don't lie boys) thought Haney was going to outbox Garcia. But, damn, what the **** happened? He looked so bad.

Ducking low to avoid punches, instead of maintaining a high guard and some movement, is a bad habit. A capable opponent could time it and get a perfect blow. It's what happened to Saunders in the Canelo fight. It was like a huge collision between two moving objects.

I’ve been saying this for years. Haney has good feet which he uses effectively to stay out of range but once you get into range he’s not difficult to hit.
