First easiest was Marquez. You know when Floyd intentionally came in over the contract weight and didn’t attempt to sweat out the last two pounds. Straight unprofessional and cowardly, seeing that we’re on a thread about Ryan failing to make weight.

That said, I'd tell him to fix thar horrible flaw he has of pulling back with his chin very high. So many fighters have caught boots flush because of it. None of them had the hand speed of Garcia either.

If boots doesn't improve on that, Garcia would certainly hit him plenty while he's still in there.

I admit, I was one of the ones that got fooled by Ryan! I thought he was in a very bad shape of mind. The weight factor wasn’t an issue, so don’t make more of it, than what really is. Did Floyd 11 pound difference would have changed the outcome vs Marquez? No! Garcia was sharp and fast! He was dedicated for 8 weeks to his craft! He showed a lot of new things vs the once called masterful boxer! I’m not or will not ever be a Garcia fan, but I got nothing else but respect for last night’s performance!

since boxing is based on weight classes wouldnt it be great if guys on the night could vary in weight by a fairly small set number of pounds based on the weight class itself, the human race has figured out flight, space flight, electricity, fire, the wheel, democracy, vaccines, industrial revolution, surely this is not beyond figuring out, i mean even horse racing has this down decades ago
