My overall opinion hasn't changed with this weight sh^t. I think Ryan has a chance early & if he can't make something big happen quick the fight is gonna get away from him by the 4th or 5th. Ryan's focus is a huge hole in his game. I thought he started off well vs Tank but he got bored early on & was in hail mary mode in the first half of the fight for some reason. I could see this fight go very similarly.PBR Streetgang likes this.

Ryan’s a gullible fool if he pays Haney 1.5 mil. Weren’t they in New York the night the bet was made. ? Is ******** allowed there? Anyhow, they both look like damn zombies trying to make 140.

In regards to fight preparation, I seem to recall in the build-up to an HBO-televised fight, there was a video clip with Junior high as a kite, eating Cheerios while wearing his pink speedo underwear.
I miss those days in boxing...A.B Counterhooks likes this.

I really hope Ryan leaves the games behind the moment the fight starts. I want to see a good fight. But I doubt it. I think Devin completely outsmarts and outbullies Ryan. I wouldn’t be surprised if Ryan ditches right after the fight out of shame.

“Ryan’s ready, baby,” Oscar De La Hoya unconvincingly said. “Ryan is ready. It’s gonna be a fight. Let’s go. Let’s go, New York.''

If missing weight and paying it off is being ready, then, I guess

Terribly unprofessional.
But with money this big, what is Haney going to do?
He'll have to eat the advantage this gives Garcia.
It's not right.
Three pounds?
Come on. There's no way a pro misses by that much and it's not on purpose.
Garcia should be heavily fined, and Haney compensated (if he doesn't want to pull out all together).
But here's the thing.
Haney is going to win this anyway.
And he's going to win big.

Haney looked awful on the scales, he needs to be 147 or even 154. He's absolutely dying at a 140 weigh in. He could barely talk. I swear if Garcia catches him flush with that hook, he'll go. You can't look THAT bad and take a powerful shot.
Obviously he knows he'll get wrecked when he fights guys his own size.
