Both Campbell and Casamayor already had fights upcoming with Guzman and JMM. Jumping to WW to face DLH was a golden opportunity, for him or any fighter really. Margarito was never realistically pursued. Bradley held a WBC belt at JWW, while Hatton held the Ring belt and was a much bigger payday. Cotto is a fight put together by Arum to keep Cotto from jumping to Golden Boy, and was easy to make due to both being Arum fighters. If Pac can defeat Cotto PBF is the logical next fight.
