Things like this definitely matter when he eventually faces elite fighters - the fighters who stay disciplined all year round.

But I don't rate Benavidez that highly anyway, I think he's developed a number of bad habits that he gets away with at 168 (because of his size advantage) - but these will get exposed whenever he moves up to 175.
