Why does Benavidez only speak to and through the media? If he wants to fight Alvarez, then in my opinion he should confront him within physical reality 'This situation has reached that stage where those specific old school tactics need to be used'.

The only respect Alvarez needs to show Benavidez, is if they ever fight 'And that is to prepare optimally, and not cheat'.

Note: Benavidez believes he is a more important and bigger fighter than he actually is in terms of 'Historical significance'. Alvarez has fought many fighters who were greater than Benavidez both in terms of skill for skill ability and achievement.

Benavidez is a solid fighter, but in reality? He is not on the level of Shane Mosley or Miguel Cotto in terms of ability or career achievements.

It just seems very straight forward to me, if Benavidez really wants this fight 'Then the stage is set'. Canelo Alvarez is not going to be difficult to find during the fight week of Munguia vs Alvarez.

This would be a great opportunity for Benavidez to confront Alvarez, within physical reality 'And challenge him like a contender' etc.

I'm sure you know Benavidez can't just forget about Canelo when that's where the biggest money is. I think I know where you're coming from, but we all know boxing is business as well as a sport, for better or worse, and it's usually for the worst.

No it is not. Benavidez would not get any huge money fighting Canelo. Maybe 5-6 millions.

Canelo is as bad as Spence. The sooner they leave boxing the better. Pair of scared men that want easy fights after taking comprehensive losses. Canelo acted like he wanted a Bivol rematch but when it was presented he ducked.
