Just read Fundora is going to honor the rematch and fight Tim. So will the wbo strip Fundora? And if so, would Spence want the rematch with Bud for the 154 wbo title?

If the WBO continues to be consistent, then Spence shouldn't even be an option. Josh Kelly and Erickson Lubin should be getting calls.Comment

Exactly. Crawford can petition for a higher split, but it wont be anything like he would want. So either a deal gets made that avoids a purse bid, otherwise if it went to bid, Crawford would likely not accept the terms of the bid and then Fundora would be able to choose another opponent.

Fundora really should. Tim gave him a shot and that cut was nasty you could tell instantly how it changed the fight. To try to go fight someone else to try to make a couple more bucks is pathetic and says he doesn’t think he can win the rematchComment

These guys don't want any smoke with crawford and are willing to vacate belts to fight spence who was ko'ed in his last fight and had multiple injuries outside of boxing. Hahahaha....
Tim tszyu got exposed for being a liar who acted like a throwback, and fundora is just not cut out to hang with bud.Comment

I get bored of all these immediate rematches, fighters end up having to beat the same guy twice in a row to consolidate a belt. I'm cool with him fighting someone different as long as it's a worthy opponent.Comment

Hadn't Crawford effectively accepted the split already by enforcing the mandatory route? Isn't it really that Fundora can earn more fighting Spence in a voluntary for the WBC where there is more scope for negotiation?Comment

Why wouldn't he face Kelly if a belt is on the line? Obviously he would prefer the biggest fights but if the plan is to fight Canelo moving through the weights then there is less need to fight Spence or the Charlos. If those fights come then great but if not he'll be testing himself against bigger guys on route anyway.Comment
