Non stop showboating against a 41 year old 10-13-4 journeyman, but rather tamed thus far .

Whittaker is a knockout waiting to happen

He'll get away with this vs journeymen with no power. His defence is leaky when someone let's their hands go

When Whittaker faces British and Euro level Light-Heavy opponents, they're not gonna let him get away with that leaky defence. Being slick against low-level cherry-picked opposition builds a nice profile, but he has little power and it's going to limit him. Nothing he can throw is going to be a deterrent for the likes of Azeez, Buatsi or Yarde. Never mind your Bivols and Beterbievs. They're not going to hesitate. They'll go in for the kill quickly. This might be Whittaker's level right here.

Good show pony but a mediocre fighter underneath it all.

He probably doesn't go beyond European level..

Not really sure how this goes.

I don't think either Marku or Kongo are that good.

Kongo is just as domestic level as it gets, not even upper domestic level.

No idea what level Marku is, looks about similar level so far in his career but we'll see.

Whittaker is a bit like how Josh Kelly was a few years back. Athletic, flashy, can outclass weak opponents but not enough real substance or power.

Halfway through and this feels close to me.
Closer than the commentary team are saying it is.
Could be 3-2 to Kongo or to Marku.

EDIT: OK, so second half Kongo definitely pulling ahead.
And with Marku docked a point, this is almost foregone conclusion now.
