How Rolly ever had success as a professional boxer, let alone a world champion, is a complete mystery to me. I mean this. The boy fights like it’s his first time in the gym. Tough kid, I’ll give him that; big mouth, which got him a whole lot more attention than he was worth. If he had the skills to back it up he’d have gone very far. Anyway, that’s neither here nor there. Romero is where he belongs now. Good luck to Cruz going forward.

You’re doing too much. Tank beat cruz, and did it with one hand. Dump the cheap cerveza drinking couch sitting machismo, “running” is not standing still to be easily hit…in other words it’s called ring generalship

Romero did well for himself for less than 20 fights, talked himself into a couple big paydays and could retire now if he wanted to. Obviously he's done at the top level, but he earned some respect last night by staying up as long as he did. Now with all of that said, Cruz isn't good, he just beat a B level fighter and will get absolutely obliterated by any of the champs.

I tend to agree. I don’t think Cruz will last long, but I hope he enjoys his day in the sun. But I think calling Rolly b-level is very kind of you. I don’t think Romero earned enough in his career to retire on his boxing alone, either.

People on here talking about how the other champ's or big names are rubbing their hands to get a shot at Cruz. Give me a break, this guy is someone who no one is aching to fight, including Tank who took his win against him, blamed his poor performance on an injury, and ran far, far away and never looked back... Stevenson offered a sh** offer to Cruz, was never serious about him, Haney will continue to look in another direction, Ryan talked about him but never was serious just like Stevenson, the only guy I can see fighting Cruz is Matias, which will be fitting because all the others don't look his way just like Cruz.

Do you guys know that one judge had Rollie ahead? Is that horrible? Corrupt? Makes me want to puke.

Pitball has great potential, along with Fabio today! Two of my favorites...

I wish Pitbull used more head movement. He really has to build on his ability to maintain pressure consistently and he cannot afford to get caught hard at 140 imo. Haney is hitting a lot harder...You have ****ers in that division. With that said, Pitbull is small for 140 but exceptional. I believe he could be the dark horse... the guy who does what Ward did in the super middle tourney years back.

Pitbull braces well for shots... But he needs to come in at angles and use more head movement as he gets better.

i dont think ive ever seen such a clown as rolly getting so much protection after getting picked by tank for a fight, it hard to believe i wouldnt have even thought it was possible, delighted he has been stopped in his tracks and it took a stoppage to actually do it

Tank, as is usual with Afro fighters is full of excuses. He barely beat Cruz, draw would have been fair, isnīt that what your groupies say all the time when an Afro loses in a controversial manner? Still crying that Whiteker RIP beat Chavez, no, he didnt. Tank said he would not give Pitbull a rematch. Shakur is the most boring fighter around, running is not ring generalship (whatever that means). Running is running, also the hugging and pot shots, thats what your fighters do. GLAD PEOPLE NOW PREFER MEXICANS AND OTHER LATINOS, EASTERN EUROPEANS AND CENTRAL ASIANS which are more exciting to watch. Be glad boxing is mostly done in the USA and that helps Afro Americans, otherwise no one would want to see them fight.

Stop making excuses for Tank. If his hand was truly the issue, he would of taken a rematch right after. And stop making excuses for fighters who prefer to run around and call it ring general ship...

romero is an industry plant. this guy ****** so hard. it just shows you what powerful promoting/corruption can do if they want a guy to be in the mix. he got a gift decision over jackson marinez. he got a tank fight based on nothing and got killed. he got a title shot based on nothing and got another gift vs 40 year old barrios. then he got killed by cruz. he has never done anything notable in his career. his best win is anthony yigit? i wish boxing was merit based or even semi merit based. he kept failing upward because they had plans for him.
