Did Matt get fired or quit? Sounds like he was on some "fook this bs I quit" energy more than Campbell fired him but idk if there is more to this situation I'm not aware of.

Matthew hatton created another mat.hatton in cambell with a worse off defence, absolute recipe for disaster that style is. Cant blame Cambell for having flaws in the basics when its the trainers job to implement them. Otherwise you simply hold your fighter back and tell them your not ready

Yup. And unless he starts taking a ton of PEDS like Conor Benn. Then he needs a true trainer to take him further. Conor was the same. Except Campbell took his loss.
