Wilder will keep eroding and won't get any better in June. If he doesn't try he won't land.

Wilder at 220 vs a 300 pound bald bull. Wilder's just too thin. I hope he knocks him out though

I’m going to go out on a limb and say Wilder BECAUSE Zhang isn’t going to respect him and will get caught. Zhang also likes to work at a slower pace. Makes it easier for Wilder

Good point. Zhang may be the natural pick at this point but it’s not so clear cut, there are some variables really.

In a way, we can say that Zhang is made to order for Wilder. He is slow, lumbering, and moves in straight lines. He isnt trying to get cute either so Wilder will have no problem finding him. I really like this fight.

Zhang would be wilder s best win. Wilder wouldn't be zhangs.
Not a mathematical equation exactly, but Zhang wins.

How is it possible that Wilder wouldn't be his best win? Right now his best win is Joyce.

because joyce is better than wilder and has a much better resume. joyce knocked out parker which is a much better win than anything wilder has. ortiz doesnt hold a candle to parker and ortiz was 40. joyce was prime. joyce also beat dubois, jennings, and stiverne(wilders 2nd best win) so not even that close. wilder had more longevity in the boxing zeitgeist because he fought weak competition for a long period of time(which is a bad thing not a good thing) while joyce racked up a better resume in a much shorter period of time.

Does Wilder still know how to pull the trigger? Because if he doesn't, he's in big (****) trouble.

This is true. Both Zhang and wilder lost to parker, but by my reckoning Zhang did better than wilder did, so on current form Zhang beats wilder IMO.
But this is boxing, on the night anything can happen. But gun to head, zhang wins by ko
