You maybe right. Maybe uncle Al doesn't really like dealing with Bud, or he just naturally doesn't like him.

Let's hope Tim Tszyu would insist fighting Crawford next. That is assuming he beats Fundora.

They sure seem confident that Fundora is going to roll over easy for Tim, hope they dont get surprised.

-Tszyu immediately drops WBO, and a Crawford vs whatever for the vacant WBO is scheduled for this summer where Bud easily wins it.
-Tszyu defeats Spence around late summer/early fall this year..
-Tszyu then fights Crawford around next spring for a true unification match.

If by some chance Spence isn't completely broken and actually wins against Tszyu, it will also build up some worth for a rematch against Bud.
That was my first thought on what they're trying to engineer too. It's win win for PBC and two paydays instead of one for Tszyu.

Uncle Al does play favorites. The Porter father and son team learned that early in their careers fighting on PBC.
After getting win after win, they wanted a bigger paycheck, especially in a title fight with Brook.
Why not? Guys like Danny Garcia getting $700K for fighting Rod Salka. Leo Santa Cruz $750K for fighting a sparring partner, etc.
They eventually settled for $500K in the Brook fight. Kell getting $250K...

If that's the case let's hope Tszyu lawnchairs both Fundora and Spence back to back.

It's going to be Spence. Tszyu is already in record saying he'll make whichever fight is the easiest and we know what that is.

How and in what way is Spence considered a let down? Is it because he lost to the best P4P fighter in the world?

If you mean easiest to negotiate with you're assuming Spence is easier to deal with. He had this muh split, side of the street issues going into the Crawford negotiations. So it's not only Crawford.

If you mean Spence is the "easiest" fight, nah I don't think a hungry guy like Tachoo would say ****** things like that. And if you ask me Tachoo is not exactly a walk in the park for a former lightweight like Crawford. It's silly to believe so.

Spence should be fighting Stanionis or Thurman. There's also lots of 154 guys that could test himself with like Lubin and Ramos, etc.
