Linares is still a good fighter. He was just brought to reality. You can get beat by anyone if you let your guard down. Hopefully he will have some heart and come back stronger and more focused. Golden Boy definently needs to help this kids confidence and back him just as strongly as they did before he lost which im not sure they will do. I guarantee you this kid has more heart than victor ortiz. Ortiz is the fighter that golden boy needs to worry about not Linares. Linares will be a big timer if he has heart and comes back hungry.

Linares should bounce back. He needs to start fighting more often however. I'm tired of these young cats only fighting 2 times a year.
I wonder if this was just a fluke or if this Salgado fella is legit.

People are saying Golden Boy is cursed, I say Boxing is cursed for the last few years most the prospects have been losing. Golden Boy should sign Salgado now imo, you can't build stars you have to let the best fight the best and it will all settle itself on it's own.
So many fighters who main event I personally think they should be undercards, they're like a candle blazing bright.

Guys like Gamboa and Valero need to take notice and keep those hands up.
