Brazilian football player banned for two years for taking hours to deliver urine sample.

He made the officials wait for hours and handed them the urine sample after noon. He was therefore assumed guilty and imposed a ban.

Does anyone remember when Floyd did the same? how many hours did Usada officials have to wait for his sample?
