A card in March, a card in May, and a card in June. By my count, that's 3 cards in a 4-month period? Whatever, it's not just the cards, it's the content in the cards! Not bad for a company that was "broke," and "going out of business," just a few weeks ago!

They get put on the card to make it look better. Get out the leaf blower, make the yard look better. do your job properly and as well as they did theirs.Last edited by The Big Dunn; 03-22-2024, 10:29 AM.Comment

I started counting in December. That's the last month PBC had a card IIRC.
You tell these PBC fighters sitting with their thumbs up their asses that those months where nothing happened don't matter.

Gvodzyk, if he is right (mentally strong and physically in shape), will be a much tougher test for Benavidez than Canelo would be ... at any weight. Benavidez better have some excellent defensive preparation, weight and strength gain, and war prep for this fight.

Not gonna lie, I'm getting very spoiled by Teiken/Top Rank/Ohashi coordinated Amazon Prime Japan when it comes to streaming boxing cards. This year we have three scheduled so far in the first half:- January 2024: WBA/WBC Kenshiro Teraji vs Carlos Canizales, Yuri Akui vs WBA Artem Dalakian (two world title matches)
- February 2024: WBO Takuma Inoue vs Jerwin Ancajas, Junto Nakatani vs WBC Alejandro Santiago, Kosei Tanaka vs Christian Bacasegua vacant WBO (three world title matches)
- May 2024: undisputed Naoya Inoue vs Luis Nery, WBO Jason Moloney vs Yoshiki Takei, WBO Takuma Inoue vs Sho Ishida (mandatory), WBA Yuri Akui vs Taku Kuwahara (four world title matches)

They had to wait on the Amazon Prime deal! Remember Showtime got out of the business!
