He missed Margarito but in hindsight who gives a sht when he has beaten much better foes.

Compiler is way more fitting for Canelo.
He beat the guy who blitzed Margarito and pulled the wool off the boxing world's eyes.

So, I'd say he did even better than fighting Margarito really. Who in hindsight is really easy work for Floyd anyways. Flat footed, square stance, come straight forward, slow feet, slow hand speed, no head movement. That's about as easy as can get for Floyd outside of the cheating aspect of Margarito's gloves.

          No great wins?

But he beat prime Baldomir who was ranked #1, that’s a great win by your standard isn’t it?

Ive never said beating someone who is #1 automatically makes that a great win. what you are doing is called a straw man. there are a lot more variables that go into greatness than simply being ranked #1. not everyone who is ranked #1 is great. for example haney beating kambosos. kambosos was #1. is that a great win? no. why? because kambosos has 1 good win in his entire career just like baldomir.

You’re so very bitter that Floyd beat Manny, you will lie like you did above.

Can’t have a reasonable discussion with someone like you. Maybe one day you will get over the loss, stop lying, and show some integrity.
there are fools on here saying canelo should fight munguia. doesnt mean its a great win now does it? mosley was old as hell. thats the fact. floyd should have fought prime pac but he didnt so we have to base floyd on the resume he does have and thats full of old guys

But hold on, strawman you say? Thats very interesting because when you said it’s a “fact” that Fulton and Spence have the “same level resume” because they have beaten the same amount of Top 5 ranked fighters, nothing mattered but the ranking number. I issued that more context needs to be used and you said it’s no a “fact” based off the rankings and rankings alone. Strawman you said? Very amusing of you.

Now you’re saying beating the #1 ranked guy in the division in his prime isn’t a great win?

How do you reconcile these two things?

To answer the question, obviously a great resume.

World Champion in 5 weight classes, 4 of which Lineal.

multiple #1 ranked fighters fighters beaten in every weight class except for 140 were he only beat 1.

15+ Top 3 ranked fighters beaten

                  7 Top 10 P4P ranked fighters beaten.

3 prime HOF’ers beaten. Over 10 in total.

Obviously a very impressive resume, of the modern era only Pacquaio rivals it.

You mean prime pac didn’t fight Floyd.

First it was PED testing. Then it was no ppv. Then there is the blatant duck people like you never want to discuss.

Manny was good to go, only to get elective stitches from Bob’s son in law as soon as Nevada extended Floyd’s jail start date so the fight could happen.

His resume is full of guys you and others picked to beat him. Once he beat them, you needed an excuse rather than just admit you picked against Floyd out of hate and stupidity.

his hof resume is inflated by inferior hall of famers like gatti, corrales, and probably hatton, that should've never been inducted in the first place.
