He probably means "special" as in how his mentality coincides well with the way he fights in the ring. Tszyu wants anybody and everybody and he proved that last year taking on top contenders when all he had to do was wait for his title shot. Can't blame him for taking the belt the way he got bc he was adamant about getting at Charlo, but Charlo had his own plans. Can't knock Charlo either for taking the Canelo fight and the life-changing payday that comes with it. But Tszyu carries himself like he says. Anybody can get it whenever they want it with him. Not many fighters have that mentality nowadays.
