  • I have a feeling Usyk will beat Fury very bad

I don`t buy that nonsense about Fury being unprepared for Ngannou and about Fury being 100% focused on Usyk.

Fury will not become something else in 5 months.

Fury just sucks and he will likely lose very bad. After that nobody will care about Fury -AJ, Saudis can keep that money for future events.

That's an interesting take. I lean more towards a combination of many factors contributing to Fury's poor performance against Ngannou. I do think Fury underestimated him, but I also think he may be on the slide, and Ngannou's strength and power made Fury very uncomfortable.

I don't think a sparring partner lied when he said Fury only sparred for 4 rounds on some days. Remember when Sugar Hill went to Manchester to train Okolie while the Furys were lying he was there to train Tyson. Listen to the men around Fury, not to Fury. That being said, when Fury hits Usyk with a body shot he will have to fight it off like Maidana did bs Khan and Thurman vs Collazo. Saudis aren't going to let him get away with the low-blow BS he does. He will be counted out. Mark by words

      Fury vs AJ for undisputed.

I am certain Fury has slipped but things that didn't work against Ngannou will still work against the master boxer Usyk.

It's the land of the giants...and an Usyk.

I still expect Fury to clamp down on Usyk as much as he's allowed to and walk him back all night long if he's able.

I see that fight looking like a mess. Certainly not a fight Usyk is gonna be able to enjoy.

I still think Fury wins it.

and that is accepting Fury's resume is ageing like milk and he turned in all time s.hit performance in his last bout by not just a top boxer but by any elite sportsman in any sport....ever.

Fury's ego has taken a pelting. He's going to be game as anything.

Usyk is consistent. Fury is a wild card

Yeah Usyk had a ref on his side, he was knocked out last fight by a legal body shot. Not only that but after he was knocked out the ref went and kept threatening to DQ dubouis if he threw any more legal body shots. Like that was the only thing working for Dubouis and the ref forbid it so what the *** was he supposed to do? he was a C level opponent and that was his rocky moment and it was stolen from him.

It hit him on his damn padded belt and Usyk sold it to the ref. Usyk owes Dubois at minimum a rematch.

Fury needs to not fight Usyk like hes scared. He gave francis way too much respect, yeah he was embarassed by a knockdown but he wasnt that hurt from it. Usyk he knows that any one shot from Usyk cant KO him, he has to be willing to take that risk and the guys who pressured Usyk like Dubois and Chisora did well and the guys who tried to box Usyk at his pace like AJ were defeated. Tyson does have a pressure mode to him and an inside game he needs to use that and not try to outbox Usyk, even from the outside and with his reach advantage its still what Usyk wants. What he doesnt want is a 270 pound man leaning on him.

Fury was definitely prepared for Ngannou. He was no different v Wilder.

In fact, he could fight Ngannou 1000 times and he would never knock him out as easily as AJ did. Probably never stop him at all.

That's fine, he just doesn't have the power or technique that AJ has.
Falls in too flat on the attack, so that check left will always find a home. Wilder just wasnt good enough to capitalise.

Usyk will do the same if Tyson think he walks through him. Could see an Usyk stoppage in that case.

BUT... what Tyson Fury does have is that huge reach and ability to stay out of trouble. If he uses it he could break Usyk down... Can he still do it? I don't know.

I don't even think Fury has the legs or the gas to be up on his toes anymore.

Back to the 6'9 of inside fightingness mode or whatever he called it. It's less tiring for Fury anyway to try and get march on.

I think he'd have make peace with the fact he could feasibly offer an opportunity for the Ukrainian middleweight to KO him but that's the game

i used to think fury would win fairly comfortable but now i think usyk is going to win, fury would need to be at wilder 2 and 3 level to beat him i would say, even a tip top fury & its still a hard fight v usyk because of his determination and good points in the ring, i still expect a very close fight tho

You can say Fury has slipped, but Usyk's last fight was last summer where he went down by a potential body shot/low blow. He just doesn't seem like himself at this point and age isn't in his favor.

If they're both on the slide, I'd say Usyk will be more so and Fury's size and ability to use it will play an advantage against Usyk.
