They will likely fight twice. Being inactive for one year is a bad idea.

And be real. Fury will never fight Joshua.

If Fury is genuinely gonna be tied with up with Usyk then i'd be happy with Sanchez, Hrgovic, Bakole or Parker 2.

Its a shame that Wilder, Zhang, Joyce and Makhmudov all got derailed because those would have been great options too.

In all serious - nothing official. Zhang-Parker purses weren't made public, but I'm guessing the money wasn't enough to get him to fight Zhang.

He probably thought he'd get paid the same for Zhang as he did for Parker. I could imagine they decreased his purse down a bit because he performed like ****.

But don't forget that Wallin was a legitimate top 10 guy until Joshua comfortably beat him up - then he wasn't anymore. I don't see Sanchez being much more of a test.

I never bought into the Wallin mystique.

He cut Fury in the fight of his life after his Dad died a few days earlier and didn't do jack against anyone of note afterwards.

He was made out as a top 10 contender to be spoonfed to AJ knowing he was nothing more than a sparring partner, journeyman and looking for a Saudi payday.

I think Wallin deserved a legitimate top place, he is just boring to watch. He gave Fury a harder fight but was a shadow of himself against AJ. It was probably a bad moment, but let's not forget that AJ knew his style, so that in a way made it easier for him. Wallin also beat Murat Gassiev, considered one of Usyk's best victories.
