Sadjo gets the 8th round stoppage. Definitely landed some shots to the back of the head throughout and one there at the end while De Carolis was down on a knee.

Ref waved it off without a count, but Sadjo was mauling him most of the fight

Didn’t see the fight, but Fernandez won a UD 98-92, 98-91, 99-90 in what I’ve seen described as a lackluster, but dominate performance ….

My first thought when I saw this fight was that this is too far up in weight for Corrales to be competitive. He can probably still be a gatekeeper at 135, but he was only ever a contender at 130 and below, 140 is way too much. I'd very much like to see Fernandez vs Jonathan Alonso. Appreciate you always being on top of these smaller cards btw, I had other stuff going on and wasn't able to watch, but it's great being able to catch up on what happened and see the rundown here. You're the man!

Nadjb has been fighting forever. I respect him for always giving it a go. He has some skills but those have deteriorated and his chin was never the best even in his prime.

I’ll never forget when they robbed him against Chudinov . If I remember correctly, even the Russian commentary thought he won.
