He will be judged by his actions, not by your words. He's resume will be shredded to pieces and the false idol will be exposed. No hate should be involded only his deeds for all to see. I'm a fan of the sport. Ain't nobody condoning anything. If you get outta your feelings and actually read what I said without throwing a little teenage girl tantrum on the net, nothing I said is fanboy ish. It's all FACTS. Since you wanna talk elite wins, Benavidez does deserve be in that category just with his 2 big wins last year(two guys that alot of folks that DKSAB say aren't elite and one of whom Canelo stopped) and if you read, I clearly stated I wanted Canelo to give him his shot. Morrell, as good as he has looked, has fought absolutely nobody to consider him an elite fighter. The fact of the matter is, whether the "fans" like it or not, Canelo doesn't hafta prove anything else. He is the premier elite in the sport, has been for years, and who has fought and beaten more world champions than most guys have title fights in multiple divisions. That's all FACTS. Not begging, what's right is right. Most of us would be perfectly fine if he vacates and let others fight for the belts. Could you please point out my contradiction?

Why would Canelo NOT take this fight? It's an easy win and he will make more money than if he fought anybody else.

It would destroy his credibility. You should only do these lesser exhibition fights when you're retired and washed up.
