Yeah he’s #2 with the WBO I think, Cruz should be fast tracked, he’s a truly elite amateur with tonnes of experience. I’d try and get him an eliminator ASAP.

Noakes should be allowed to develop for a few more years IMO, let him defend the British, challenge for the European, then maybe look to take that step towards World titles.
