He wanted a rematch with Bivol at 175 but not 168 so he wouldn't have to risk his titles, that's a bad look for a champion. Benavidez deserves a shot. The corrupt sanctioning bodies should make him a mandatory and need to strip Canelo if he refuses to fight him. It looks like the only other two options left are Munguia and Morrell. Unless he looks for a fight outside of the current contenders with a Youtuber or MMA fighter.
I can see Canelo doing an exhibition for his last fight vs Jake Paul similar to Mayweather vs McGregor.

Mike Tyson shouldn’t be pointing fingers. He did all he could to avoid Lennox Lewis & only fought him when he was on the decline & broke.

Anyway...It's always interesting to see NSB (in general) support Crawford ducking mandatories but not Canelo doing it.

Including Iron Mike who DUCKED a prime Foreman because, quote, “I’m not fighting that f*****g animal! If you love the mother*****r so much, you fight him,” Tyson, it was claimed by writer Frank Lotierzo, said to Don King when King was hot on making the guaranteed blockbuster.

Canelo should fight Benavidez, period. Maybe he's leaving him for last, but at this point it's the best fight to be made.
You talking about Ennis? He's not mando anymore since he's IBF now so not sure what you're getting at?

Yeah, even though he said he wouldn't, I don't think he can turn down the cash for an easy win. Actually wouldn't mind seeing him fight an exhibition with Jake or McGregor so long as it isn't a sanctioned fight that goes on his record.

Crawford has mandos breathing down the neck yet mentions none of their names.

Let's just be consistent, is' all I'm I'm asking.

He just hates Crawford. That's about the only thing he's actually "consistent" on.

Yes this is the same thing because there is super high demand to see Crawford fight any of these guys, it will be his biggest pay day in years and will solidify his legacy to fight any of those 3 beasts. This is exactly like canelo vs Benavidez.

What’s erroneous is the money referenced “60 mil” but the declined offer and ducking isn’t.

I think it would be competitive if Canelo got himself into great shape and fought his heart out. No one will look down on Canelo for fighting his heart out and trying to win the fight. They will look down on Canelo for not making the fight and believing in his own abilities.
he believed his own hype.... people started overrating canelo because he was tearing through that 168 division which was absolutely garbage at the time....if you move a world level fighter from a competitive division into a ****e one where he is up against fighters like yilidirim and plant he is going to start looking great, it doesnt mean he has improved as a fighter.... weve seen him matched with 3 top fighters (2 of which werent in their primes) and he lost all 3
