    "Muh hair treatment"

Instead of worrying about the number and length of rounds, she should have got a sensible hairdo which allowed her to turn up for the fight.

The closest thing to this I've seen in men's boxing was Paulie's midfight haircut.

On the plus side, it's one excuse that Fury can't use.

Hairspray and weaves. This is what happens when you let women box. smh

This reminds me of when a black female fighter was in the middle of her fight and she kept fretting because her weave was falling off. In the corner, her trainer tried to rip it off and she protested, until he screamed in her face, “You want to look good or you want to win this fight?” For a moment, she looked stumped.

Once I saw her without the weave, I understood her concern.

In order not to lose the whole promotion, and the fighters, promoters, trainers to all get paid, they kept the cancellation from the public.
Her remorse was genuine, but it was way too late in coming at the end of the show, they really miscalculated on this one.
The only saving grace was that they are going to give all of the fans who attended the show a full refund.
Now if Serrano's eye isn't permanently damaged from the hair dye, she's going to have to work/fight her way back into her boxing fan's good grace's.
She can do it, because she's got a great fighting fighting spirit, and incredible heart. She definitely does care about her boxing legacy, name, fans, and country.
That's why I believe that she'll learn from this fiasco, and come back even more rejuvenated, in order to get her boxing career back on the winning track!

No doubt about it, waiting until the last minute to announce the cancellation was underhanded.
There is an old show business saying, and that is that "The Show Must Go On"!
I don't know how many boxing fans will agree with that saying, but the whole show shouldn't have been cancelled, because of one fighter.
Even if the one fighter was the star attraction of the show, too many other fighters had put in a lot of hard work,, and paid a certain amount of money for their training expense's.
They're refunding the fans in full, so they did have a free night of entertainment, so there you have it.
I hope that Amanda Serrano can come back stronger from this set back, and make no mistake about it, it was a set back to her career!
It was great to see Felix Trindad, one of our all time great fighter's, come out and support Serrano, he spoke up for her like a true friend, and diplomat!

No disrespect to her as a female, but leave that pretty girl ish outside of the ring and tie or braid that ish up like she usually does. It's most likely gonna get messed up anyways and who knows if that stuff gets into the other fighter's eyes somehow and put them at risk of something happening to them. At least Paul had enough honor to be willing to give the people their money back. Some promoters'll slap em with the "no refund" BS and risk losing potential bread there in the future.

Jake Paul and these scam artists are typical whyte’s that come to steal from the good Boricua people and the island

Serrano has zero business in 12 round fights SMH.. Sulaiman told her dumb stubborn azz, maybe she needs to retire now
