I think he fights Pacquaio win or lose. Honestly, I can never even imagine Mayweather taking a fight against Cotto. Gave up on that fight 3 years ago.

Here's the thing ... Arum is betting that Cotto will lose to Pac - And is already talking a rematch between Cotto and Margarito early 2010.

So he may be on-board with a Pac vs Matweather fight .... if, if they can get the negotiations down.
