I'd prefer Munguia vs Berlanga. Benavidez would be a start, heck he could fight Benavidez and retire and I would have zero complaints - win or lose. That one fight would be his 2nd or 1st most important fight of his career, the other probably being the Golovkin fight. I believe Benavidez could provide some competition at 175 for Bivol/Beterbiev

Maybe I shouldn't have 'worded' it by importance. But the Cotto fight was pretty predictable. I agree in a sense that fight and the Floyd fight were important to building him as a 'star' and giving valuable experience. However.. look how a fight against Chavez Jr did more PPV buys than the Cotto fight. I think the Canelo vs Benavidez fight scratches over 1.4 million buys, it might even do something incredible.

But I agree with the Munguia vs Berlanga match-ups and I honestly believe it's a 50/50 - I wouldn't even be mad if they put it on PPV (they will lol) - that could do some decent numbers for two guys that aren't really WELL known to casuals. I really like that fight.
