Mayweather fought 15 fighters younger than him, Canelo only fought 2 and has 64 fights. Maybe research facts, before announcing nonsense LOL. When has Canelo ever fought a guy 13 years younger than him, better yet 10 or 8 years? even 6? Jesus. Embarrassing.

Definitely none of these boogeymen that everyone seems to love

People have mentioned Pac and May, though
And that 10 fight run still has him with a lesser legacy in Mexico than guys like Chavez, Sanchez, Morales, Marquez & Barrera LOL. Savage. 10 fight run couldn't mean much.

10 fight run and only one elite fighter.. which was Bivol and he got his ass whooped. 10 fight run and his best win was Plant. *WOW* Historic LOL.

Every ATG doesn't have Yildirim, Rocky Fielding, John Ryder level guys whilst avoiding the biggest threat in the division whilst consistently making excuses and saying they need to 'earn it' - sorry, not falling for it.

I'm sure if you went through the resumes of the SMW contenders, you'd find that they're fighting guys older than them too.

Yeah, you're just as bad as canelo. those guy's aren't fighting each other.. but let a guy like Munguia or John Ryder come along that haven't earned a thing and Canelo takes those fights with open arms. It's 2024 now, real fans are not buying that nonsense.

There's no ATG out there with 40 plus fights and only fought 2 fighters younger, the problem is Canelo - nobody else my friend.

Would you like to apply this criteria to a whole bunch of the best guys in history and you will be in for a big shock, but that don't matter its just another hate fart that will be gone tomorrow.
No offence but I don't think that guy checked his information before he started typing. Floyd fought around 15 fighters younger than him, which includes Canelo who he was a whopping 13 years younger.

Thats a crazy stat for a 33yr old with 60+ fights. 33 ain't young in this sport.

So don't label Canelo an ATG then. If your primary complaint is age, then you shouldn't object to Canelo/Munguia.

And now people expect him to behave like some new incomer and take all hard fights.

                    Again:

Boxers take hard fights only when they have to.

Canelo doesn`t fight benavidez, because he doesn`t have to.

Canelo is not any different than other guys. Fury, joshua...ali prefer taking easier fights for a big money, if they can chose.
Fury is fighting Uysk. Joshua wants to fight everyone, would've fought Wilder if he beat Parker, fight was signed. You're making excuses for Canelo and that's okay. This isn't normalised..
You have an entire country Mexico pleading for the benavidez fight, his own people - but he doesn't have to fight him? zero pride at all. say's he won't fight Mexicans now he's trying to fight Munguia.. COULDN'T MAKE this **** up. EMBARRASSING LOL
