    Also what is the reason Shakur vs Tank hasn’t been in the works yet?

      He's fighting Frank Martin. I assume he's not fighting Shakur for the same reason he's not fought any other elite opponents: too dangerous.

          He is fighting Frank Martin.

          Bob is making in house fights at LW. Shakur also ‘retired’ once Bob allowed Loma to duck him when he called him out.
