“They couldn’t be more different, in every single way,” Lee said. “They’re completely different. Zhang is big, heavy, a counter-puncher, and he’s quite clever and economical, and he’s very well-schooled. Compared to Wilder, Wilder is the opposite of all those things.”
Very true!
I've got Parker by UD nonetheless. He'll be too clever to be countered consistently and would take more than a single punch to stop. Zhang's activity level wouldn't be enough.
Parker has a chance, after the way he easily outboxed Wilder.
Zhang though, is clearly a much better boxer than Wilder. Maybe not as big a one punch ko arsenal as Wilder, but he has good power with both hands. He also has a powerful jab and is a southpaw.
It's going to be hard for Parker to get a good offence going. He can't just be on his toes all the time, He's gotta get in close and then out.
I guess I'm rooting for Zhang, as I'm predominantly chinese myself, and he seems like a cool guy. Parker also has the nice guy image, so happy for both guys getting this lucrative fight.
interesting fight so that is a good thing for boxing at this point. Parker he had his followers in the past and he never impressed me never got me believing in his skills or his heart inside the ring. Whatever he did with Wilder it is no big deal to look sharp against a Wilder fighter, The Chinaman has got flaws and there is a wear and tear on a fighter that can show up at any time but still i would see Zig Zag getting up from the floor a lot faster then Narcer .... that is an intangable tangable's to consider and power and accuracy and also ring activity shade towards Zig Zag again. All said an interesting fight for the division ..............
