Canelo really, really, really doesn't want to fight Benavidez.

Either PBC is broke (according to rick glaser)

          or

          Canelo ducking

Canelo had a contract with pbc, he cant leave pbc unless pbc cant fulfill their contract obligations (guarantee)..

You dont need to read a contract to know this...
canelos part of the contract was to give pbc 3 fights, pbcs part was to pay canelo at least 35 million a fight,... contract can be void if either part fails to fulfill obligations. Not much hidden here...
It was well known that showtime was a big part of the deal in order to help cover the guarantee on ppvs..
amazon is not on the ppv business, they want free fights for prime video subscribers..
you dont really need a calculator to know that 1+1=2..

Or, both parties can mutually terminate.

Like Canelo tucking tail and not wanting to fight anyone PBC offers.
