Another obvious attempt to puff a guy up by Hearn to throw in vs the Ginger Chicken to make money. Benevidez could have beaten Berlanga and McCrory at the same time last night. Gingers camp threw Mungia up against the wall and he's another guy Benevidez would pulverulize so now they are puffing up Berlanga who has 7 or 8 fighters better then him im the division. Eddie Hearn is obnoxious and thinks fans are morons.

Hearn know's that Canelo has aged, and he's slowing down from all of the wear, and tear that a 64 fight career have waged on his body, and brain cell's.
A lot of these promoter's, and fighter's, see Canelo as being ripe for the picking, and believe that he can lose in anyone of his next few fight's.
They want to cash in on the Canelo bonanza fight, before some else beat's them to the punch, and beat's Canelo dropping his stock in the boxing business.
Berlanga still need's to fight at least 2 or 3 rated fighter's, beat them by knockout if possible, which would go a long way in establishing his credibility.
        In his next fight's he has to fight rated fighter's like Munguia, # 4 Derevyanchenko, # 5 Mbilli, # 6 Plant, # 8 Andrade, # 9 Morrell, # 10 Shishkin, # 13 Pacheco, or the # 20th rated Hart.
His last two opponent's # 61 Quigley, and # 26 McCrory, although moving him in the right direction just aren't cutting it with the fan's.
Because he rated # 11, before beating McCrory, now he's been moved up to # 7, in the division. He has to face fighter's who are rated near his ranking, the fan's demand it!
No he's not ready for Canelo, he still need's to prove himself, and if he's able to do that by winning against 2 or 3 more rated fighter's.
He'll then be better prepared, and have actually earned a shot at the title no matter who's the champion at the time.
More importantly he won't be overwhelmed when it's time to fight for the title, and then he'll be able to fight fire with fire, but he has to go through the crucible first!
Putanga is a pushing bag full of s...t. He's a perfect FRAUD looking for $$$

So now you have to promise Canelo that you'll stand there and let him hit you to get a fight against him ? This catering to the guy is getting ridiculous. Guys need to pretend that he's retired and make the best fights that they can .

Berlanga just strikes me as a dimwit on whom any good boxer with some pop would do a number on, let alone what Canelo would do to him.

Hearn is the worst lol. He’s literally the reason canelo is down to duck benevidez. DAZN will severely over pay him for fights against bumlanga and bumgia he about to fleece them just like he did with his previous deal with DAZN. Anyone who think hearn isn’t a cancer on boxing just has to see him trying to line up bumlanga as a legitimate contender smh.

Berlanga has ZERO business being in the same ring with Canelo. Fans should boycott the PPV if this fight is actually confirmed.
