Outside of stuff like that all the rest is b******t whining.
Yea his things can be questionable because he whines about Mexican boxers mostly

If Canelo would just retire and say let the younger guys have at these belts, that would be more honorable for his legacy. But to cherry pick and duck does him a disservice and to his fans. My guess is his protection to his legacy is all too important. Retire or fight Benavides. Either this or either that.

If he retires people will treat him like Andre Ward saying that he ducked this guy and that guy

He’s not wrong. Canelo’s legacy is set. Whether he fights Benavidez or not it won’t affect it.

Boxing fans want the fight but Benavidez isn’t some household name that will bring in the casuals. I don’t think it does a million buys.

If Benavidez laid off the nose candy and didn’t miss weight he’d be an actual title holder rather than a ranked contender and waiting by the phone for a payday. He would have a title Canelo wanted to be undisputed and he would be at the front of the line.

Actions have consequences and he has no one to blame but himself.

This clown Reynoso doesn't realize that the more he tries to defend Canelo, the more like a bitch he makes him look.

A true representation considering all Mexicans are at it.
They are also crazy. If you go on some of the popular youtube boxing channels, the narrative floating around now from some of them is that Benavidez is actually the one ducking Canelo, and the comments section is full of Canelo fan boys pushing it. Its wild.

If Benavidez had remained the champion, Canelo wouldn't have gone to 168.

As for claiming Canelo proved himself plenty of times... When did that happen? Give me these fights where no sabotaging the opponent took place? Give me a fight without corruption being at play? Give me a fight where the opponent wasn't shot, too small or inactive to gain the advantages he loves?

You can't. That is his career.
                      Nelo's resume > every boogeyman's resume.
If you have doubts, this ridiculous debate is over.
