You're wrong, Morell jr has been the longest outstanding #1 for the SMW, he earned the right by beating the WBA #2 ranked at the time and has dfended the interim belt 6 or 7 times. By the way deserving has nothing to do with canelo hiding from evey SMW with a pulse. Did ryder, deserved his shot after running away from a mandatory position against Morell jr? Did charlo deserve the shot from two weights down and a 2 years hiatus from the sport? Or is it selective choosing?

you're going way off track here. I'm saying that clownelo needs to fight Benavidez in may no,if and or but. Morrell needs to get in line behind Benavidez who is the interim champion and mandatory. I don't think you want to start a poll to see who should be Alvareds next opponent between Benavides and Morrell for may 4th
