Hopefully they are both juicing to even the playing field because Haney looked like he was on something for the Prograis fight. He never had that kind of build before. He looked just like Floyd when he fought Manny, bulked up like a body builder. Bill has street connections so I wouldn't doubt if he used his gangland clout to intimidate the commission into allowing Devin to "prepare" any way he wanted.
